Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Paul D Vincent | Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, your main responsibilities will include:

• Educating clients on the various mortgage products and options available
• Assisting clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
• Evaluating clients’ financial situations to determine the best mortgage solutions
• Working closely with underwriters and processors to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval process
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire loan process

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• State mortgage loan originator license
