Job Description:

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and experienced in sales? We are looking for a dynamic Beauty Supplies & Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Paul Mitchell The School Houston. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of beauty supplies and equipment to salons, spas, and beauty professionals in the Houston area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as generate new leads in the beauty industry.
• Provide product demonstrations and assist clients with selecting the right beauty supplies and equipment for their needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of beauty supplies and equipment is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
