Job Title: Roofing/Painting/Insulation Contractor

Location: Various locations in the state

Responsibilities:

• Install or repair roofing systems using materials such as asphalt shingles, metal, and tiles
• Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
• Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings
• Inspect and maintain roofs for damage or leaks
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding
• Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Install insulation in buildings to improve energy efficiency
• Work with a team to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in roofing, painting, or insulation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Certifications in roofing, painting, or insulation a plus
