Position: Asphalt Paving Crew Member

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of work sites for paving projects
• Operate paving equipment such as rollers, pavers, and skid steers
• Lay asphalt and finish surfaces to meet project specifications
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on every job
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in asphalt paving or construction industry
• Ability to operate paving equipment and tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of paving projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management in the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of asphalt paving processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
