Position: Van Rental & Leasing Specialist

Location: Various locations across the United States

Job Description:

As a Van Rental & Leasing Specialist at Payless Car Rental, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their van rental needs. This includes:

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive rental experience
• Managing van inventory and coordinating maintenance schedules
• Processing rental agreements and collecting payments
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Promoting additional products and services to enhance the customer’s rental experience

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the car rental industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
