Bartender

As a bartender at Pearl Lounge, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for mixology. We are looking for individuals who are skilled in crafting classic and innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing and serving drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Monitoring and managing inventory
• Following all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume establishment
• Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks
