Job Title: Legal Associate

Job Description

As a Legal Associate at Pehrani & Associates, you will be responsible for supporting our team of experienced attorneys in providing legal services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including contract drafting, legal research, case preparation, and client consultations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of legal work, including drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Manage and maintain client files and case documents
• Prepare materials for court proceedings and client meetings
• Provide support in client consultations and communicate with clients as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a legal support role
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software
