Position: Retirement Planning Specialist

Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive retirement planning services to clients, including developing personalized plans based on their financial goals and needs.
  • Analyze clients’ current financial situation, including assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and retirement goals.
  • Educate clients on different retirement savings options, such as 401(k) plans, IRAs, pension plans, and profit-sharing plans.
  • Work closely with clients to optimize their retirement savings strategies and maximize their retirement income.
  • Monitor and adjust clients’ retirement plans as needed to ensure they stay on track to meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in retirement planning.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors, tax experts, and estate planners, to provide holistic retirement planning solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Certification in financial planning, such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement planning or financial advisory roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
