Position Available: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

As the Youth Pastor at the Pentecostal Church of God in Jesus Christ, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the youth ministry. This includes planning and organizing youth activities, mentoring young believers, and teaching biblical principles in a way that is relevant and engaging for teenagers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program
• Lead weekly youth meetings and activities
• Provide pastoral care and support to young members of the church
• Plan and coordinate retreats, mission trips, and other special events
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to the Apostolic faith and Pentecostal beliefs
• Experience working with teenagers in a church setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement engaging youth programs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
