Job Title: Youth Pastor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Pastor to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, a heart for young people, and the ability to lead and mentor youth in their spiritual journey. They will work closely with our Senior Pastor and church leadership to develop and implement youth-focused programs and activities that promote faith, fellowship, and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs, events, and activities
• Mentor and disciple youth in their faith journey
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for young people to grow spiritually
• Develop relationships with youth and their families
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry with the overall mission of the church
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist in youth ministry programs
• Participate in staff meetings and church events

Qualifications

• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in youth ministry or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with and relate to young people
• Passion for serving and empowering youth
