Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cleaning contractor or janitorial service provider
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
