We’re Hiring for an Accounting Services/Bookkeeping Position

Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial compliance
• Provide support for audits and tax preparation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting services and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA certification is a plus
