Job Description

As a Financial Planning Consultant at Performance Consultants of America, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and create customized plans to help them achieve these goals. You will provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Monitor and adjust financial plans as needed
• Provide ongoing financial education and guidance to clients
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and new financial products

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, tax laws, and financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
