Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinic Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory procedures in a high-complexity environment, following standard operating procedures and ensuring accuracy and quality in test results.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform tests, document results, and maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and performance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay current on new technology and advancements in laboratory science

Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer systems
