Job Description:

As a Business & Personal Coach at Personalysis Corp, you will be responsible for working with individuals and teams to help them identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. Using the insights gained from the Personalysis System, you will provide tailored coaching sessions that empower clients to maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conducting in-depth assessments using the Personalysis System
– Developing personalized coaching plans based on individual needs and goals
– Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their coaching journey
– Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success
– Collaborating with other team members to deliver integrated solutions for clients

Qualifications:

– Certified coaching credentials (e.g., ICF, ACTP, ACC, PCC)
– Strong understanding of personality assessment tools
– Proven track record of successful coaching engagements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
– Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
