Position: Veterinary Receptionist

Job Description:

• Welcome pet owners and their furry friends to the clinic with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments for veterinary services and follow-up visits
• Assist with processing payments and insurance claims
• Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow in the clinic

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software is a plus
