We are hiring a Contract Manufacturing Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of contract manufacturing projects, from initial client consultation to final delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing needs and develop customized solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or project management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
