• Educate customers on the application process, eligibility requirements, and terms and conditions of different loans.
• Analyze customer financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan options.
• Work closely with lenders to ensure quick and efficient loan processing.
• Provide support to customers throughout the loan approval process.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to loans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to loans.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in loans, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of loan products and the lending process.
