The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Network Design & Systems, with experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures for our clients. As a Network Engineer at Phoenix Technology Services USA, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing network solutions based on clients’ requirements
• Monitoring and maintaining network performance and security
• Troubleshooting network issues and providing technical support to clients
• Collaborating with the team to optimize network efficiency and reliability
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in network engineering

Requirements

The successful candidate for the Network Engineer position should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network design and implementation
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
