We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of compassionate and skilled therapists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing individual, couples, and family therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in accordance with best practices
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Valid LCSW license in the state of California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing counseling services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities
