We are Hiring:

Are you passionate about culinary excellence and providing top-notch customer service? Do you have a flair for creating delicious Latin American, Seafood, or Mexican dishes? If so, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team at Pico’s Restaurant. We currently have openings for the following positions:

1. Chef de Cuisine:

– Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
– Create innovative menu items that showcase Latin American, Seafood, or Mexican cuisine
– Ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently
– Manage kitchen staff and work with suppliers to source the best ingredients

2. Line Cook:

– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
– Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
– Assist in creating menu items and special dishes

3. Server:

– Greet customers and take their orders
– Serve food and beverages to customers
– Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
– Assist in ensuring a smooth dining experience for all patrons

Qualifications:

– Previous experience working in a Latin American, Seafood, or Mexican restaurant preferred
– Strong knowledge of Latin American, Seafood, or Mexican cuisine
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Food Handler’s Certificate preferred
