Position: Foundation Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing site inspections to assess foundation needs
• Excavating and preparing foundation sites
• Installing pier and beam blocks and bases
• Repairing and reinforcing existing foundations
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure project completion

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foundation construction
• Knowledge of foundation materials and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
