Position: Permit Coordinator

Piney Point Village Permits is a forward-thinking City Government organization located in Piney Point Village, Texas. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team. As a Permit Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all permitting processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing permit applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Communicating with applicants to provide guidance on the permitting process
  • Processing and issuing various types of permits, including building permits, occupancy permits, and special event permits
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records of all permits issued
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Position: Zoning Inspector

Are you passionate about land use and zoning regulations? Piney Point Village Permits is looking for a dedicated Zoning Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local zoning laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting on-site inspections to verify compliance with zoning regulations
