Position: Pizza Chef

We are currently hiring for the position of Pizza Chef at Pizza L’Vino. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of gourmet pizzas for our customers. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating delicious dishes and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet pizzas using traditional and creative recipes
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food items
• Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Pizza Chef in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and principles
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Team player with a positive attitude

Position: Catering Assistant

We are also looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team at Pizza L’Vino. The Catering Assistant will be responsible for helping with the preparation and set up of catering orders for events and special occasions. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and assembly of catering orders
• Help set up catering displays and serve food at events
• Ensure the timely delivery and presentation of catering orders
• Maintain a clean and organized catering area
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in catering or food service
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position: Server

We are also seeking Servers to join our team at Pizza L’Vino. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic restaurant environment and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus
