We are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for open positions at client companies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
• Maintain a database of candidates and client companies for future opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
