Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Poblano’s Mexican Grill, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of our delicious menu items. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
• Cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Collaborating with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Food Handler’s certificate is preferred
