Job Description

As a General Practice Attorney at Polasek Quisenberry & Errington LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse array of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Family law
• Real estate transactions
• Personal injury cases
• Corporate law
• Estate planning

You will be responsible for providing legal counsel to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in any of the aforementioned practice areas is a plus, but not required. We are looking for talented and motivated attorneys who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment.
