Position: Line Cook

Are you passionate about Mexican cuisine and looking to showcase your cooking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team at Pollos Asados El Regio.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes, including grilled chicken, tacos, and enchiladas
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Line Cook in a busy kitchen
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
