Position Available: Garden Center Associate

As a Garden Center Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their plant and tree selections, providing expert advice on care and maintenance, and ensuring the overall presentation of the garden center is inviting and well-maintained. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn about plants and trees.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with plant and tree selections
• Providing expert advice on care and maintenance
• Maintaining the presentation of the garden center
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions
• Assisting with inventory management

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Knowledge of plants and trees preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Position Available: Nursery Technician

As a Nursery Technician, you will be responsible for caring for the plants and trees in our nursery, ensuring they are healthy and ready for sale. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a love for working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants and trees
• Monitoring for pests and diseases
• Potting and repotting plants as needed
• Assisting with loading and unloading plant deliveries
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous nursery or landscaping experience
• Knowledge of plant care techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Position Available: Tree Service Technician

As a Tree Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing tree care services to our clients, including tree trimming, pruning, and removal. This position requires knowledge of tree care techniques, physical strength, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Performing tree trimming, pruning, and removal services
• Operating tree care equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the job site
• Communicating with clients about their tree care needs
• Maintaining a clean work area and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tree care or landscaping
• Knowledge of tree care techniques and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
