Are you passionate about baking and cooking? Do you have a flair for creating delectable treats that leave customers coming back for more? If so, we want you to join our team at Porras Bakery/Restaurant! We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Baker

• Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve perfect results
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook dishes according to designated recipes
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Wait Staff

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and presentable dining area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a bakery or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
