Position: Child Custody Attorney

As a Child Custody Attorney at Porter C Mark, you will be responsible for representing clients in all matters related to child custody. This includes negotiating custody agreements, advocating for your clients in court, and providing legal counsel on matters involving visitation rights, parental relocation, and more.

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar
– Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on child custody cases
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Attorney

As an Attorney at Porter C Mark, you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, alimony, child support, and more. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice, conduct research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
