As a Notary Public at Postal Maxx, you will be responsible for performing notarial acts, such as acknowledging signatures, certifying copies of documents, and administering oaths. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the legality and authenticity of various documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing notarial acts in compliance with state regulations
• Verifying the identity of signatories
• Maintaining accurate records of notarial acts
• Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Certified Notary Public
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Position: Mail & Shipping Services

We are also seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Mail & Shipping Services department. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, processing shipments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sorting and distributing incoming mail
• Processing outgoing mail and packages
• Assisting customers with shipping needs
• Operating postage meters and shipping software

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mail and shipping services
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights
• Knowledge of postal regulations and shipping methods

Position: Fax Service

We have an opening for a Fax Service Specialist to join our team at Postal Maxx. In this role, you will be responsible for sending and receiving faxes for our customers, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of important documents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating fax machines and software
• Handling incoming and outgoing faxes
• Ensuring confidentiality and security of faxed documents
• Providing technical support to customers using fax services

Qualifications:

• Experience in using fax machines and software
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
