Job Responsibilities

• Perform notary services for customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with copying and duplicating documents to their specifications
• Package and ship items using USPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Certified Notary Public preferred
• Experience in copying and duplicating services
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
