Responsibilities

• Perform demolition work on commercial, residential, and industrial properties
• Use specialized tools and equipment to safely and efficiently demolish structures
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
• Dispose of demolition waste in an environmentally responsible manner
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in demolition work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to operate demolition equipment and tools
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in the demolition industry
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
