Position Available: Home Health Aide

We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Home Health Aide. This position plays a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities:

– Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Performing light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and laundry
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
– Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the supervising nurse
– Following care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
– Previous experience in home health care or a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
