Position: Construction Equipment Sales Representative
As a Construction Equipment Sales Representative at Preferred Lowboys, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our lowboy trailers to construction companies and contractors. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
– Identifying new sales opportunities and prospecting potential clients
– Providing product demonstrations and presentations to customers
– Negotiating contracts and closing deals
– Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of construction equipment and trailers is a plus
– Valid driver’s license
Position: Lowboy Trailer Mechanic
As a Lowboy Trailer Mechanic at Preferred Lowboys, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of lowboy trailers. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Performing routine maintenance on trailers
– Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
– Conducting safety inspections
– Keeping accurate records of work performed
– Ensuring trailers are in compliance with DOT regulations
Requirements:
– Certification in diesel mechanics or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience working on heavy equipment or trailers
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Preferred Lowboys, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
– Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services
– Processing orders and tracking shipments
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Providing support to the sales and service teams
– Maintaining customer records and databases
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work
– Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
