Job Title: General Merchandise Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of general merchandise products
• Ensure product display areas are organized and visually appealing
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor product trends and recommend new merchandise selections
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
