Job Title: Optometrist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess visual acuity, identify eye diseases, and prescribe corrective lenses
• Fitting contact lenses and providing education on proper care and maintenance
• Diagnose and treat common eye conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy
• Educate patients on the importance of regular eye exams and healthy eye practices
• Collaborate with other eye care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• State licensure to practice optometry
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

Job Title: Optical Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to meet their needs and style preferences
• Measure and fit eyeglasses to ensure proper alignment and comfort
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and enhancements
• Promote and sell contact lenses, accessories, and eye care products
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or optical sales preferred
• Knowledge of lens materials, coatings, and frame styles
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
