Job Title: Computer System Designers & Consultants

Job Description:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
• Design and implement customized computer systems tailored to meet clients’ specific needs
• Provide consultation and guidance to clients on technology solutions and best practices
• Collaborate with our team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer system design and consulting
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Title: Computer Technical Assistance & Support Services Specialist

Job Description:

• Provide technical support to clients over the phone, via email, or in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
• Document support tickets and provide updates to clients on the status of their requests
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
