Position: General Practice Attorney

At Proffitt, we are currently seeking experienced General Practice Attorneys to join our dynamic team. As a General Practice Attorney at Proffitt, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and provide comprehensive legal solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Practice Attorney
• Demonstrated expertise in a variety of legal practice areas
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
