Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls for fire and water damage restoration
• Assess the extent of damage to properties
• Clean and restore properties affected by fire, smoke, or water damage
• Remove debris and damaged materials
• Use specialized equipment to dry, dehumidify, and sanitize affected areas
• Follow safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Experience in fire and water damage restoration is preferred
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Certifications in restoration or related fields are a plus
