Job Description

As a Member Service Representative at Promise Credit Union, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our members, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account transactions, loan applications, and inquiries
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
