We are currently seeking a Real Estate Tax Consultant to join our team.

Job Title: Real Estate Tax Consultant

Location: Anywhere in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tax analysis and assessments for clients
• Review property tax assessments and identify opportunities for tax savings
• Prepare and file property tax appeals on behalf of clients
• Provide tax consulting services to clients to help them understand their tax liabilities
• Stay up-to-date on property tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• CPA or CMI certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property tax consulting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
