Position: Health and Welfare Clinic Coordinator

Location: Multiple locations across the country

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of health and welfare clinics
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to deliver quality patient care
• Manage clinic inventory and supplies
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess clinic performance
• Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare management or related role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and patient experience
