• Work efficiently and effectively to complete jobs in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in air duct cleaning or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency water damage situations promptly
• Assess and document the extent of the damage
• Extract water and dry affected areas using specialized equipment
• Monitor and document progress throughout the restoration process
• Coordinate with clients and insurance adjusters as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in water damage restoration or a related field preferred
• Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC certification preferred)
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed
