We Are Hiring:

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Baker

As a baker at Puebla’s Mexican Kitchen & Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional Mexican breads, pastries, and desserts. This includes mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking in ovens, and decorating finished products.

• Experience in a bakery setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican baking techniques and recipes is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Line Cook

As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Mexican dishes in accordance with our recipes and quality standards. This includes cutting, marinating, grilling, and plating dishes for service.

• Experience in a Mexican restaurant or similar setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Front of House Staff

As a member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our dining area is clean and welcoming.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask
