Fire & Water Damage Restoration Technician

PuroClean of West Houston is a well-established fire and water damage restoration company serving the greater West Houston area. We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Restoration Technicians to join our team. Job Title: Restoration Technician

Job Location: West Houston, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency restoration services such as water extraction, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation
• Perform water and fire damage mitigation and repair services
• Identify and remove hazards to health and safety
• Document all work performed and communicate with customers throughout the restoration process
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fire and water damage restoration is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions
• Certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) is a plus
