About Us:

Purple Rose Learning Center is a premier educational center dedicated to providing quality child care and educational services to children of all ages. We believe in creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing the best possible care and education for every child who walks through our doors.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

• Child Caregiver
• Early Childhood Educator
• After School Program Coordinator
• Special Education Teacher

Child Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Monitor and assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Early Childhood Educator Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum based on best practices in early childhood education
• Assess children’s learning and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities

After School Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate after school activities for children of varying ages
• Supervise and support program staff
• Communicate effectively with parents and school administrators
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Special Education Teacher Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success
• Provide specialized instruction and support in a variety of learning environments
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
