Responsibilities:

• Handle child custody cases from start to finish, including initial consultations, legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court
• Negotiate and mediate child custody agreements between parents
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding child custody laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm
• Stay up-to-date on changes in child custody laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law with a focus on child custody cases
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
