We are seeking a talented Party & Event Planner to join our team:

Job Title: Party & Event Planner

Location: Anytown, USA

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
• Create detailed event proposals, including budget estimates and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event logistics are taken care of
• Manage event setups, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audio-visual requirements
• Oversee event execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan
• Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may arise during the event
• Provide post-event evaluations and follow-ups to gather feedback and improve future events

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a party or event planner, with a portfolio of successful events
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with grace
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of event planning software and tools
